Tell us the category. We will tell you if a study makes sense.
The first conversation is not a sales call. It is 30 minutes about your category: who your buyers are, how the money arrives, and what decision you would make differently if you knew where your brand stands inside AI answers. If a study is not the right instrument for that decision, we will say so on the call. We would rather send you away with a good question than sell you a measurement you do not need.
What the first conversation covers
- Your category and your buyers: how they ask, and where the purchase actually closes.
- The decision the study must inform: entering a category, defending share, choosing where next quarter’s budget goes. The decision decides the size of the study, not the other way around.
- Your competitive set, including a first pass at the brands the models may treat as your rivals even if your team does not.
- Whether a study, monitoring, or a prompt bank is the right first step. Sometimes it is none of them, and the answer is a better website question. You will hear that too.
At the end you will know whether a study is worth it, and what it should contain either way.
What to have ready
Nothing is required to book. If you want the 30 minutes to produce more, bring:
- Category context. What you sell, and whether the money arrives through your website or through a shelf: retailers, pharmacies, distributors, advisors.
- A competitor list. The brands you fight for sales, plus any brand customers confuse you with. The models’ version of your rivals gets checked in the levantamiento.
- Your owned domains. The sites and pages you control, including marketplace storefronts.
- Optional, and welcome: Search Console queries, call center FAQs, internal site search logs. They sharpen the prompt bank. They are not required, and they never decide whether a number is trustworthy.
What happens after the call
If we proceed, the next step is the levantamiento, one working session where the study gets scoped: the three knobs (questions x models x repetitions), the layers of the bank, and the decision everything must serve.
Then you receive a written scope with a price. Nothing runs before you have seen it and approved it. The first prompt is sent only after the scope conversation is over and the cost ceiling is on paper.
No retainer starts with a study. The study is a one-time instrument, and monitoring is a separate decision you make afterwards, when you know the baseline.
How to reach us
Pick whichever channel you already use daily. All three reach the same team:
- WhatsApp: [COMPLETAR: WhatsApp number]
- Email: [COMPLETAR: email address]
- Form: [COMPLETAR: form embed or link, and what fields it asks]
Tell us the category in the first message and the conversation starts faster: “we sell [product], buyers close through [channel], the decision we are trying to make is [decision]” is enough for us to prepare.
Start with the question, not the tool
Before choosing any provider, method or platform, write down the question you need answered. If it is “does ChatGPT know we exist, and against whom do we lose when it does not”, a study is the instrument, and this is the right place to start. If it is something else, we will tell you what kind of work answers it, ours or not.
